Central 23 was delivered by Network Space on behalf of global investors, Infrared Capital Partners

Located on the northern fringe of Liverpool City Centre, Central 23 provides a high quality industrial warehouse in a prominient and accessible location.

Network Space obtained planning consent in 2019 and redeveloped this brownfield site for a 23,500 sq ft industrial unit with internal office provision, secure yard, dedicated car parking and an additional service area to the rear. 

Construction completed in early 2020 and the development was subsequently sold to Infrared Capital Partners.

Central 23 was delivered in partnership with Liverpool City Council and Homes England.
