Network Space has held a commercial letting agent event to showcase the remaining units at its Mere Grange industrial development in St Helens.

Overall, the three phases of the development comprise 162,000 sq ft of high specification industrial floorspace, 60 per cent of which is let and operating, bringing new jobs to the town.

Interest in the remaining units has been strong and the event for agents was designed to keep the available space front of mind with around 50 of the key advisors to potential occupiers.

Also in attendance was Paul Sanderson, strategic director of place at St Helens Council, who said:

“Mere Grange is a great success story for the town and has brought new jobs and prosperity directly to our doorstep.

“The development has transformed the area for the better and it was pleasing to hear the enthusiasm and positivity about the facilities from the assembled guests.

“Events like this are exactly the type of thing we need to do to keep St Helens in the public eye and to bring in new investment which creates new jobs.”

The three phases of Mere Grange have been delivered within a window of just 24 months and in association with Homes England, St Helens Council and Liverpool City Region Combined Authority.

CBRE and B8 are acting as joint agents for Network Space at the development.

Network Space has been providing industrial workspace and warehousing for over 35 years and intends to deliver 2.5 million sq ft of industrial property over the next five years.
