Manton Wood is a 60 acre development site with great access to the regional and national road network.
Network Space secured outline planning permission in September 2015 for one million sq ft of industrial development under use class B1, B2 and B8.
Work commenced in September 2017 to create an access road into the site and completed in January 2018. The site was subsequently sold to DHL Estates which completed a 540,000 sq ft logistics development in May 2020, suitable for COMAH licensed logistics.
Manton Wood is located adjacent to the A57, just east of the town of Worksop. The site is within a 3 minute drive of the A1/A1M and within easy reach of Junctions 30 and 31 of the M1, providing the site with extensive access to the national motorways. Manton Wood Enterprise Park lies adjacent to the site and is home to national distribution centres for B&Q and Wilko’s.
