A business which handles claims on car policies on behalf of insurance companies is to take more than 3,000 sq ft of office space at a landmark office development in Mansfield.

WNSA, which works for many major insurance companies, is using its new office at the i2 building on the Oakham Business Park to launch a new outsourced handling service related to property insurance.

i2 is the second building at the i-centre, originally set up to provide space for small, homegrown businesses.  It offers follow-on space for those businesses, and accommodation for inward investors like WNSA.

Tim Rankin, managing director at WNSA, said: "We selected the site because it is strategically placed in relation to our other offices located in Ipswich and Cheadle, and we are able to utilise the wealth of property claims expertise which has traditionally been located in the area."

i2 is run by property developer Network Space.

Kim Stutchbury, building centre manager for i2, added: "We are delighted to welcome WNS Assistance to the building which has now take its occupancy to 50 per cent."

Network Space houses new occupiers

Date: 1st October 2010

Network Space has announced nine deals at centrix@keys, its office building in Hednesford, Cannock.

centrix@keys is a state-of-the-art office building built by Network Space, a joint venture between investors and developers Langtree and the Homes and Communities Agency.

The largest deal sees M Price take a 6 man serviced office on a 12-month lease. The company, which was set up in 1881, remains a family run business and is a market leader in the aluminium curtain walling and window façade industry.

Keith Borthwick, Director of M Price said: "Due to our increasing client base we required a satellite office in the West Midlands region, and centrix@keys reflects the high quality of our business, and has the necessary motorway links to service our clients."

centrix@keys is a three-storey business centre providing flexible serviced office accommodation from two-person upwards, together with a number of office suites ranging in size from 356 to 1,102 sq ft, which have been designed for businesses looking to set up or expand in Staffordshire.

The next deal sees training recruitment agency Skills Source take a 733 sq ft conventional office on a 3-year lease. The company were looking to upgrade their premises and Ian Shepherd, Director commented: "We moved to centrix@keys for the superb first impression, the excellent facilities for our staff and visitors, the support of the on-site management and the outstanding value it represents. We moved from a place nowhere near as nice; and have actually saved money."

Joining M Price and Skills Source in the building are Swift European Solutions, Tech Alum Systems, Smalltalk, SDS (Sinks), Business Partners Accountancy & Bookkeepers, PCB Portal, and All Drives & Controls who have taken space ranging from 2 man serviced offices up to 566 sq ft of conventional offices.

Kim Nash, Business Centre Manager at centrix@keys, added: "We are delighted to welcome further local occupiers to the building which takes it to 51% let, and we hope to have further occupiers imminently."

For more information on the offices or conference/meeting facilities visit www.networkspace.co.uk/centrixatkeys or call 01543 478700.
