West Moor Park Networkcentre sees tenant expand
Network Space’s West Moor Park Networkcentre in Doncaster has seen one of its tenants grow within the site.
Tembe DIY and Building Products Ltd, who have been a tenant on the site since 2007, have expanded into the 2,521 sq ft workspace unit next door to their existing one in response to the current national demand they are experiencing for the supply of DIY products to builders merchants and shops.
Managing Director of Tembe DIY and Building Products Ltd, Guy Malam said: “Since relocating to West Moor Park Networkcentre two years ago we have seen our turnover nearly double, and a further growth of 23% in the first month of this year meant we had to expand our premises. This site ticks all the boxes, so relocation simply wasn’t an option for us.”
West Moor Park Networkcentre is located just off Junction 4 of the M18 motorway and close proximity to Doncaster town centre. It offers 8 offices from 748 to 2,010 sq ft and 14 workspace units from 748 to 3,472 sq ft for SMEs.
Claire Chisholm, Assistant Property Manager at Network Space says: “Our networkcentres are designed to provide high quality accommodation for business start-ups and growing SMEs. We are delighted that Tembe DIY and Building Products Ltd are experiencing an increase in sales, which is something to be applauded in the current economic climate, and have decided to remain with us at West Moor Park Networkcentre.”
