Network Space Development Director Change
Network Space would like to announce a personnel change in the development side of the business. Mark Stapleton, who is currently a Development Director, will be leaving Network Space at the end of January to join consultants Turner and Townsend where he will head up the Quantity Surveying department of their Birmingham office. Mark has been with Network Space for nearly 8 years and has worked in various senior roles during that time
Mark's role at Network Space will be taken on by Simon Peters who re-joins the business in early February. Simon previously worked for Network Space leaving in 2009 prior to becoming Head of Corporate Portfolio and Investment at Nottingham City Council. Simon brings into the role a wealth of experience, contacts and expert knowledge of the existing Network Space portfolio.
Simon commented "I am delighted to be rejoining Network Space at this time. We have seen the commercial property markets recover strongly over the last 18-24 months with increasing occupier demand and rental growth and we are beginning to see emerging opportunities for development in the North and Midlands."
Simon will join the development team as Development Director and will divide his time between the Doncaster and Newton-le-Willows offices.
