Mere Grange open for business

Mere Grange, the stunning business park development by Langtree, recently opened its doors for business as prospective tenants were invited to join current tenants, Lloyds Business Communications and Miller Construction, to view the site as a potential base for their operations.

A large number of visitors were welcomed to the exceptional site to experience the range of top quality, high specification office buildings and consider Mere Grange and St.Helens as their new location for business.

Mere Grange is set to become St Helens, and one of the North West's, premier business parks.  The development offers 10 high quality office units and is set in a 31-acre landscaped environment, close to the amenities of the Town Centre and Ravenhead retail park

Visitors were impressed by the striking architectural design of the offices, the flexibiltiy of office layouts, the eco friendly elements of the  build, mature landscaping and of course the fantastic location on the A570 St.Helens  Linkway, close to the Junction 7 of the M62, which offers excellent links to Liverpool and Manchester City Centres via the comprehensive motorway network.
Prospective tenants took the opportunity to speak to existing residents of Mere Grange and identify the great benefits that the development  and St.Helens offers to new businesses locating in the Borough.

Councillor Richard Ferry, St.Helens Council’s Executive Member for Urban Regeneration, also welcomed visitors to the site, highlighting the invaluable support offered by the Council’s Business Location Service and the Chamber of Commerce to offer assistance and advice to new businesses locating in the region.
