Connecting with Liverpool City Centre


Langtree has announced a further two deals for its prestigious self-contained offices at Connect Business Village in North Liverpool.

The Property Helpline, have taken a 1,554 sq ft two-storey office on a 6-year lease.  The company, which offers mortgage solutions, required an improvement on their existing city centre location and premises.

The second deal sees NP Sadler Accountants purchase a 1,144 sq ft office.

Completed nearly 12 months ago, Connect Business Village totals over 60,000 sq ft of office space, including a 30,000 sq ft Centrix Business Centre providing serviced offices and pay-as-you-use conference facilities.  The 15 self-contained offices provide accommodation from 1,270 to 3,330 sq ft or a combination providing up to 15,000 sq ft.

Jayne Furnival, Senior Property Manager at Langtree, said: “We are delighted to welcome another two occupiers to Connect Business Village, taking this part of the site up to 40 percent occupied.

Connect Business Village is located off the A565 Derby Road, the main arterial route into Liverpool City Centre.  The development also benefits from good access to and from the region with Sandhills Station located adjacent.

Langtree’s partners for Connect Business Village are the NorthWest Development Agency (NWDA), Government Office North West, through the Atlantic Gateway Programme, the Homes and Communities Agency (formerly English Partnerships) and Liverpool Vision.
