Network Space Developments is delighted to have been recognised in the prestigious 2024 CoStar Impact Awards, with its Glass Futures' Global Centre of Excellence winning the Commercial Development of the Year (North West).

The St Helen's based project was led by NSD Director Catherine Chilvers and thanks go to all our partners and stakeholders in this ground-breaking development including: Glass Futures, St Helens Council, Liverpool City Region Combined Authority and AEW Architects.

The Awards highlight "exemplary commercial real estate transactions and projects" completed in 2023 with significant influence in 128 international markets.
