The standard commitment is a three-year lease. Flexible terms are available.
Units are available on internal repairing leases. This means the tenant is responsible for all internal fixtures and fittings including all doors and windows. The landlord is responsible for the main structure of the building.
The units are installed with monitored alarms. CCTV cameras cover all external areas. Security fencing enclosing the site and a security gate at the main entrance. The site is also covered by security lighting.
The landlord is responsible for all the landscaping and maintenance of external areas.
External storage outside the units is expressly forbidden. Bin store areas have been provided to allow tenants to store bins and lidded skips with prior consent from the landlord.
3-phase electricity is supplied to the warehouse (63 amps per phase). A gas supply is also provided with most units.
All tenants have to be approved prior to lease completion. However, if necessary we could aim to complete your letting within one week.
No. Network Space Ltd can prepare the lease internally. If solicitors are used, a minimum of 28 days would be anticipated for lease completion.
Network Space Ltd do not allow specific car parking spaces to individual units. However, we ask all tenants to park outside their own premises. Additional overflow parking is available on a first come first served basis.
