Network Space has developed over 2.8 million sq ft of speculative floor space for SME businesses. Whilst much of this has been retained in the Group’s portfolio, we have also developed space for third-parties on a pre-sale and pre-let basis as well as for joint-venture partners.
We have extensive experience of bringing forward major complex brownfield sites from masterplanning, through remediation, servicing, development and ultimately to disposal or retention. We have formed strong relationships with Central Government Agencies and Local Authorities to ensure the delivery of high-quality, sustainable schemes.
Network Space boasts a land bank of over 1,000 acres from which it continues to bring forward development opportunities, from acquisition and planning right through to building completion. We continue to look for new land acquisitions and are able to offer a broad selection of design and build opportunities ready for development.
We are proud to have led flagship developments such as Langtree Park, a Tesco superstore, a new stadium for St Helens RLFC, a 100,000 sq ft office building in Manchester (40 Springardens) and in 2016 a new 40,000 sq ft head office for ACL in Duke Street, Liverpool.
