Meet the Directors

Richard joined Network Space in 2009, becoming Group Managing Director in June 2015 whereupon he oversaw a rebrand, restructure and refocus which resulted in record financial results. In 2018 he completed the outright purchase of the business from his family.

Martin is a Chartered Surveyor and joined Network Space over 20 years ago. During this time he has held a number of senior development and property roles, as Investment Director he now leads the group's investment activities.

Stephen joined Network Space in 2002 as a Senior Development Manager, since then he has played a key role in all development and partnership activities. In 2015 he became Managing Director (Development), taking responsibility for all of the group's development operations.

Dan is a Chartered Accountant with experience across a wide range of roles in the property and construction sectors. He joined Network Space in 2016, and has lead responsibility over the group’s financial operations.
