The proposals for Murton network village are to create an exemplar sustainable regeneration scheme on the former Murton Colliery site.
The proposals include 26,000 sq ft (2,415 sq m) of high quality serviced offices, 15 workspace units, 8 own front door offices to let and 240 homes. A third of the 17 hectare site will be landscaped as a public park and open space.
This highly sustainable and vibrant scheme is within walking distance of the high street and close to all amenities. It will help boost the local economy by delivering better quality employment opportunities, as well providing well designed energy efficient homes.
